Her extensive background spans property management, marketing, portfolio oversight, organizational development, and asset performance, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the operational and financial drivers that contribute to long-term success in multifamily real estate.

As Vice President of Operations at Graywood, Ginger has played a pivotal role in establishing, developing, and advancing the company's property management platform. What began as a one-person operation has evolved into a growing, structured team supporting an expanding portfolio of residential communities. Through her leadership, she has helped shape operational infrastructure, establish performance standards, strengthen management practices, and cultivate teams equipped to meet the evolving demands of the industry.

Ginger brings a forward-thinking approach to leadership, combining decades of hands-on industry knowledge with a strategic perspective on operational efficiency, team performance, revenue optimization, and asset preservation.
